Subscription and Payment Terms
Your subscription is subject to the following payment terms:
- Monthly subscription fees are AUD $250 including GST, charged monthly in advance
- Payment is due on your subscription anniversary date each month
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved
Service Termination
Either party may terminate your subscription with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, access to consultations and platform features will cease, though you retain previously provided guidance and materials.
Service Disclaimers
Our financial planning subscription provides general guidance and educational content. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or provide investment management services.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed AUD $3,000 for any single claim or series of related claims.
